The Inn at Kristofer's features Midwestern dishes inspired by French culinary
traditions. Chef Terri Milligan developed her own style of cooking after
discovering that individuals visiting Door County craved elegant meals
but also generous portions all in a relaxed dining environment.
Fresh local ingredients are used to create the menu which evolves seasonally. Door County cherries, Wisconsin cheeses, and local whitefish are incorporated in many dishes. Fresh seafood, certified angus beef and New Zealand rack of lamb are staples on the restaurant's menu.
All desserts are homemade by Chef Milligan and include her popular creme brulee flamed tableside by your server! Other dessert favorites include homemade cherry desserts, chocolate mousse towers and homemade sorbets and ice creams.
