Our menu offers one vegetarian selection every evening. Items vary, however a sample of some of our vegetarian selections is listed below.
Vegetable Napoleon
Layers of Yukon gold potatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach and roasted red bell peppers are combined with fresh herbs and Wisconsin Parmesan cheese. Served on herb phyllo triangles with a roasted red bell pepper sauce. $20.00
Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Shittake and porcini mushrooms are combined with ith Mascarpone cheese and stuffed into ravioli. Served with a sauce flavored with white wine, cream, fresh thyme and finely chopped wild mushrooms. Garnished with shredded Wisconsin Parmesan cheese. $20.00
Risotto Primavera
Italian risotto is combined with fresh seasonal vegetables, Parmesan cheese, herbs and vegetable stock. Also available in a vegan version. $20.00
