Our menu offers one vegetarian selection every evening. Items vary, however a sample of some of our vegetarian selections is listed below.
We urge you to call ahead if you have special dietary requirements so Chef Milligan can have selections available when you join us.
Vegetable Napoleon
Layers of Yukon gold potatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach and roasted red bell peppers are combined with fresh herbs and Wisconsin Parmesan cheese. Served on herb phyllo triangles with a roasted red bell pepper sauce. $22.00
Quinoa with Seasonal Vegetable Fricasse
Quinoa is flavored with a root vegetable puree and fresh herbs. Served with a fricasse (saute) of seasonal vegetables including locally grown asparagus, ramps, wild mushrooms and roasted leeks. Vegan friendly and gluten free. $22.00
Asian Fettucini
Rice fettucini is tossed with sauteed wild mushrooms, asparagus, scallions and fresh herbs. Served on a bed of organic steamed spinach and finished with a coconut curry broth. This entree is vegan friendly and gluten free. $22.00
