Tempura Blue Crab Ravioli
Served with a lobster sauce. $10.95
Butternut Squash Ravioli
Tossed in a brown butter and Wisconsin maple syrup with fresh sage. Garnished with toasted pepitas $9.50
Homemade Herb Gnocchi
Chef Milligan's homemade gnocchi are tossed in a vine ripe tomato reduction flavored with garlic, basil and kalamata olives. Finished with shaved Wisconsin parmesan cheese and a parmesan crisp . $9.50
Soup of the evening
Enjoy one of our daily homemade soups such as maple butternut squash bisque, wild mushroom bisque, Yukon gold and Door County ramp bisque, chilled mango spacho, Tuscan tomato, yellow squash and basil bisque or shrimp and sweet potato chowder. $6.50 to $6.95 depending on soup
French Crepe filled with Door County Morels & Asparagus (seasonal)
Door County morels, asparagus and shiitake mushrooms are combined with Wisconsin made brie cheese to fill our delicate crepe. Finished with a hollandaise sauce lightly flavored with truffle oil If morels are not available, other wild mushrooms are substituted. $10.95
Escargot
Escargots (snails) are sauteed with shiitake mushrooms and scallions the topped with herb flavored Japanese bread crumbs. Served with grilled French bread. $10.95
Warm Brie with Brandied Fruit
A 4-ounce brie is topped with a mixture of apples, dried figs,
blackberries and Door County cherries which have been slowly cooked
in brandy flavored with brown sugar and cinnamon. Topped with a
few chopped pecans and served with toasted French bread. $11.95
Zucchini Fritters
Fresh zucchini are shreeded and tossed with Parmesan cheese, fresh mint and Japanese bread crumbs. Sauteed and served with a fresh mint mayonnaise. $8.50
Smoked Door County Whitefish Salad
House smoked Door County whitefish is made into a delicious salad. Served on a bed of organic mixed greens tossed with julienne apples and our homemade buttermilk herb dressing. $7.50
Caesar Salad
Garnished with imported white anchovies and topped with a homemade Parmesan crisp $7.95
Bleu Cheese and Dried Cranberry Salad
Organic baby greens are tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with Wisconsin Black River Bleu cheese, dried Wisconsin cranberries and sliced red onion. $7.50
