Crab Cake with Country Mustard Sauce
Homemade crab cakes garnished with a country mustard sauce and cucmber salsa. $10.95
Lobster Ravioli
Tossed in a chardonnay cream sauce flavored with organic tear drop tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Finished with Wisconsin made Parmesan cheese. $10.95
Montrachet and Tomato Tartlett
Wisconsin made goat cheese is combined with fresh basil, mint and garlic. The mixture fills a homemade cornmeal tart crust and is topped with cherry tomatoes. $8.50
Soup of the evening
Enjoy one of our daily homemade soups such as maple butternut squash bisque, wild mushroom bisque, Yukon gold and Door County ramp bisque, chilled mango spacho, Tuscan tomato, yellow squash and basil bisque or shrimp and sweet potato chowder. $6.50 to $6.95 depending on soup
French Crepe filled with Door County Morels & Asparagus
Door County morels, asparagus and shiitake mushrooms are combined with Wisconsin made brie cheese to fill our delicate crepe. Finished with a hollandaise sauce lightly flavored with truffle oil If morels are not available, other wild mushrooms are substituted. $10.95
Stuffed Escargot Portabella
Escargots are combined with montrachet cheese, fennel, garlic and Japanese bread crumbs and stuffed in baby portabella mushrooms. Topped with Wisconsin made Parmesan cheese. $10.95
Warm Brie with Brandied Fruit
A 4-ounce brie is topped with a mixture of apples, dried figs,
blackberries and Door County cherries which have been slowly cooked
in brandy flavored with brown sugar and cinnamon. Topped with a
few chopped pecans and served with toasted French bread. $10.95
Zucchini Fritters
Fresh zucchini are shreeded and tossed with Parmesan cheese, fresh mint and Japanese bread crumbs. Sauteed and served with a fresh mint mayonnaise. $8.50
Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato Salad
Served with vine ripe tomaties and fresh basil. Finished with our homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing. $7.95
The BLT Wedge
A wedge of iceberg lettuce is topped with our homemade Wisconsin Black River Bleu Cheese dressing. Topped with applewood smoked bacon and garnished with fresh vine ripe tomatoes. $7.50
Spring Green Salad
Organic baby greens are tossed in a honey mustard vinaigrette and
garnished with sunflower seeds, sprouts, shredded carrotsand julienned Granny Smith apples. $6.50
