An 8-ounce center cut steer filet is grilled to order
and finished with a Cabernet demi glace sauce. Served with homemade garlic mashed potatoes and garnished with haystack potatoes. $36.00
Rack of New Zealand Lamb with Balsamic Roasted
Shallot Sauce
Individual rack of lamb is coated with honey mustard
and rolled in rosemary seasoned breadcrumbs. The lamb
is roasted to medium-rare (unless otherwise specified)
and served with a sauce made with roasted shallots,
balsamic vinegar and veal stock. Served with garlic
mashed potatoes. $33.00
Veal Napoleon with Wild Mushrooms and Risotto
Thinly pounded veal medallions are layered with risotto, pink lentils and a blend of crimini and shitake mushrooms. The final dish is drizzled with a sauce made with a veal stock and ruby port reduction. $26.00
Duck Breast with Raspberry Chipotle Reduction
A boneless duck breast finished with a raspberry chipotle reduction. Served with homemade spaetzle and grilled asparagus. $25.00
Roast Duck with Orange Grand Marnier Sauce
A crisp half duck is finished with an orange Grand Marnier sauce. Served
with wild rice. $25.00
Kristofer's Game Sampler
A grilled semi-boneless quail is finished with an apple brandy reduction and coupled with a chicken and pine nut sausage that rests on top of a polenta and applewood smoked bacon cake. Duck confit sits on top of the sausage which is then finished with a white wine, cream and rosemary reduction. $25.00
