An 8-ounce center cut Certified Angus Beef brand filet mignon is grilled to order
and finished with a Cabernet demi glace reduction. Served with homemade garlic mashed potatoes and garnished with haystack potatoes. $35.00
Grilled Rack of New Zealand Lamb
Individual rack of lamb is brushed with herbs and extra virgin olive oil and grilled to medium rare (unless otherwise specified)
. Served on a mixture of white beans flavored with applewood smoked bacon and diced vegetables. Finished with a red wine reduction flavored with honey and a pinch of lavendar. $31.00
Certified Angus 16 ounce Bone In Strip Steak
A 16 ounce bone in Certified Angus Beef brand strip steak is served with smashed potatoes flavored with scallions, fresh herbs and a touch of truffle infused olive oil. Served with choice of Wisconsin made Bleu cheese reduction or Bearnaise sauce and grilled fresh asparagus. $30.00
Chicken Roulade with Lingonberry Reduction
Boneless chicken is pounded thin and stuffed with herb brie cheese, Wisconsin dried cranberries and a Japanese bread crumb herb stuffing. The chicken is then rolled in bread crumbs and sauteed. Finished with a Lingonberry reduction.. $23.00
Roast Duck with Orange Grand Marnier Sauce
A crisp half duck is finished with an orange Grand Marnier sauce. Served

Grilled Duck Breast with Blueberry Pinot Noir Reduction
A grilled boneless duck breast is finished with a blueberry pinot noir reduction. Served on a bed of homemade spaetlze flavored with Wisconsin brie cheese and garnished with grilled asparagus. $26.00
