- Fish and Seafood Because fresh fish and seafood availability changes frequently, our seafood and fish entrees vary nightly. Below is a sample of the type of items we offer. Typically, we offer 3 to 5 seafood or fish items
on our evening menu.
Halibut with Door County Morels and Ramps
Halibut iis brushed with herb vinaigrette and broiled. Served on a bed of sauteed Yukon Gold potates, Door County morels (when in season), ramps (local wild green onions), asparagus and spinach. $28.00
Walnut Encrusted Door County Whitefish
Door County whitefish is rolled in walnut flavored seasoned flour and pan fried. The fish is served on a oven roasted Yukon gold potatoes, caramelized apples and spinach. Finished with fresh arugula tossed in a balsamic vinagirette. $ 24.00
Lobster Trio
Half of a 10-ounce cold water lobster tail, two large prawns and Norwegian salmon are brushed with lemon scented olive oil and grilled. Served on a bed of potato gnocchi tossed with julienne vegetables, Parmesan cheese and white wine.$39.00
Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Ginger Lemon Beurre Blanc Reduction
Atlantic salmon brushed with olive oil, garlic and herbs and grilled. Served on a bed of pea pods, spinach and shiitake mushrooms and garnished with two lobster and montrachet cheese ravioli. Finished with a ginger lemon beurre blanc reduction. $25.00
Shrimp Kristofer's
Large white prawns are sauteed then finished with our homemade Aisan barbeque sauce flavored with chorizo sausage, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, tomatoes and fresh ginger. $26.00
Grilled Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi is brushed with lemon scented garlic oil and grilled. Served on smashed potatoes and with grilled asparagus and basil marinated tear drop tomatoes. The dish is finished with a roasted yellow pepper vinaigrette. $25.00
Blackened Ahi Tuna
Blackened Ahi tuna is served medium rare (unless otherwise requested). Served with fresh seasonal stir fry vegetables and finished with a fresh mint and basil mayonnaise and pineapple vinaigrette $25.00
