Chef Milligan purchases only sustainable seafood. Our seafood selections are flown in weekly and change based on seasonality, thus our seafood and fish entrees vary nightly. During the summer season, you may see wild Alaskan salmon or halibut, Hawaiian Escolar, Opakapaka or homemade seafood sausage with grilled Prawns. Below is a sample of the type of items we offer. You are always welcome to call us to find out what fish the chef will be preparing that evening.
