Progressive Trolley Dinner

Dinner at The Inn at Kristofer's

Your dinner begins with

KRISTOFER'S SALAD

of organic spring greens tossed with dried Wisconsin cranberries, Black River bleu cheese, thinly sliced red onion and homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Select from one of the following entrees
(please note that entrees may vary depending on availability)

VEAL NAPOLEON

Thinly pounded Provimi veal medallions are lightly dusted with seasoned flour

and sauteed.    Served between layers of Italian risotto flavored with

wild mushrooms, red bell peppers, pea pods, fresh sage and

Wisconsin made Parmesan cheese.   Finished with a red wine reduction.

CHICKEN ROULADE
Boneless chicken breast is pounded and stuffed with herb Allouette cheese, dried Wisconsin cranberries and an herb stuffing.   Rolled in an herb Japanese bread crumb crust and finished with a Swedish lingonberry reduction.


FISH SELECTION OF THE EVENING

A Vegetarian Entree is always available

Your meal also includes a glass of wine, soda, coffee and/or tea


Dessert at an Ephraim Bed and Breakfast

Reboard the trolley and you are off to an Ephraim Bed and Breakfast

for a delicious Door County dessert and coffee.
